1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Deniliquin Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 10).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 114, DP 756310, 227 Augustus Street, Deniliquin.

4      Amendment of Deniliquin Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Number the clause headed “Use of certain land at 321 Victoria Street, Deniliquin” as clause 1.

(2)	Schedule 1, clause 2
Insert at the end of the Schedule:

2      Use of certain land at 227 Augustus Street, Deniliquin

(1)	This clause applies to land at 227 Augustus Street, Deniliquin (being Lot 114, DP 756310) identified as “1” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2)	Development for the purpose of general industry (limited to the manufacture of precast concrete components) is permitted with development consent.
