DEFICIENCY (REVENUE)

AMENDMENT ACT.

Act No. 42, 1930.

An Act to authorise the issue of a loan to cover a further deficiency debt up to the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight; to provide for the redemption of such loan; to amend the Deficiency (Revenue) Act, 1929; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 25th June, 1930.]

by inserting in subsection two of section: five after the words " a n d twenty-eiffht " tbei words " a n d in respect of the sum of five, hundred and eighty-two thousand five hun- dred and forty-five pounds referred to in section 2 A . "
