Defence Trade Controls Commencement Proclamation 2013

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC CVO, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 2 and 9 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Defence Trade Controls Act 2012, fix 6 June 2013 as the day on which sections 3 to 9 and 26 to 57 of that Act commence.
