Defence (Prohibited Words and Letters) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the

Amendments of the Defence (Prohibited Words and Letters)
Regulations
1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 9 February 1976.
2. The Defence (Prohibited Words and Letters) Regulations are amended as set out in the following table:—

Regulation 2.................................................. | Omit paragraph (a), substitute the following paragraph:— |
“ (a) a word or the words specified in the second column of the Schedule, being words which are descriptive or indicative of— | |
(i) in the case of a word or the words specified in Part I of the Schedule—a part of the Australian Navy; | |
(ii) in the case of words specified in Part II of the Schedule—a part of the Australian Army; or | |
(iii) in the case of the words specified in Part III of the Schedule—of a part of the Australian Air Force; or ”. | |
