Defence Forces (Salaries) Regulations2 (Repeal)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Repeal

1. Regulations 14a, 14b and 14c of, and Schedule 16 to, the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations are repealed.

Application

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 2607, Recreation Leave Bonus is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
