Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903, the Naval Defence Act 1910 and the Air Force Act 1923.

Delegations

Regulation 3a of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “First, Second or Third Division of the Australian Public Service” and substituting “Australian Public Service the minimum rate of salary for which is not less than the minimum rate of salary for an office of Clerk, Class 1, in that Service”.
