Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Interpretation

1. Regulation 4 of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2c) “Married Trainee’s Allowance” and substituting “Trainee’s Dependant Allowance”.

Application

2. The Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations as amended by this Interim Determination shall be deemed to take effect on 7 October 1983.
