MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination
under section 12 of the Defence Amendment
Act 1979.

Repeal
1. Regulations 12a, 12b,
12c, 12d, 12e, 12f and 12g
of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations are repealed.
2. Regulation 19 of the
Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations is repealed.
Application
3. Clause 2 of this Interim
Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 2501, Charge
for Rations and Quarters, is made under section 58b of the Defence Act
1903.
