AMENDMENT OF THE DEFENCE FORCE (SALARIES) REGULATIONS

Regulation 18 of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:
“(5) This regulation shall not have effect while Determination 0208 Extra Risk Allowance, made under section 58B of the
Defence Act 1903 , is in force.”.
