Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits (Annual Rates of Pay) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits Act 1973.

Annual pay applicable to a member

Regulation 4 of the Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits (Annual Rates of Pay) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (3) “(3A), (4), (5) and (6)” and substituting “(4) and (5)”;

(b) by omitting sub-regulation (3a); and

(c) by omitting sub-regulations (6) and (6a).
