under section 12 of the Defence Amendment
Act 1979.

of certain officers
1. Regulation 4 of the
Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations is amended by omitting from
column 2 of the table “$10,373” (wherever occurring) and substituting “$11,201”.

Application
3. The Defence Force
(Reserves) (Financial) Regulations as amended by this Interim Determination
shall apply in relation to service by a member on or after 31 December 1981.
