Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Pay of certain officers

1. Regulation 4 of the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations is amended —

(a) by inserting “or the Citizen Air Force” after “Citizen Military Forces”;

(b) by omitting from the table—

“Chief of the Army Reserve.............................................. 13,500”

and substituting―

“Army

Chief of the Army Reserve........................................ 13,500”; and

(c) by adding at the end of the table –

“Air Force

Deputy Director of Reserves-Air Force............................. 8,325”.

Application

2. The Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations as amended by this Interim Determination shall apply in relation to service by a member on or after 4 May 1982.
