Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Pay of certain officers

1. Regulation 4 of the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the table “$12,963” and substituting “$13,971”; and

(b) by omitting from the table “$12,267” (wherever occurring) and substituting “$13,220”.

Schedule 3

2. Schedule 3 of the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:

Application

3. The amendment of the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations as effected by this Interim Determination shall be deemed to have taken effect on 29 December 1983.
