Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Pay of certain officers

1. Regulation 4 of the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations is amended–

(a) by omitting from the table “$14,081” and substituting “$14,658”;

(b) by omitting from the table “$13,559” and substituting “$14,115”;

(c) by omitting from the table “$11,734” and substituting “$12,215”;

(d) by omitting from the table “$13,971” and substituting “$14,543”;

(e) by omitting from the table “$13,220” (wherever occurring) and substituting “$13,762”; and

(f) by omitting from the table “$8,683” (wherever occurring) and substituting “$9,039”.

Schedules 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7

2. Schedules 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations are repealed and the following Schedules substituted:

3. This Interim Determination shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19 April 1984.
