Defence Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Defence Force Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Part IX (Disposal of unclaimed property)

3.1   Omit the Part.

4.   Regulation 82 (Grievances to which this Part does not apply)

4.1   Paragraph 82 (b):

Omit the paragraph, substitute:

• “(b)

  a liability arising under section 15 or 42 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.”.
