Defence Force Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

Delegations

Regulation 3A of the Defence Force Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (d) “First or Second Division of the Australian Public Service” and substituting “Australian Public Service the minimum rate of salary for which exceeds the maximum rate of salary for an office of Clerk, Class 11, in that Service”.
