Defence Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

Joint orders

1. Regulation 4 of the Defence Force Regulations is amended by omitting “Defence Force Staff” and substituting “the Defence Force”.

Delegation of power to make joint orders

2. Regulation 9 of the Defence Force Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “Defence Force Staff, may” and substituting “the Defence Force may, by instrument,”.
