Defence Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1985.

2. The Defence Force Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following Part:

“PART XVI—ADMINISTRATION FEE

Administration fee: deduction from salary

“83. For the purposes of sub-section 120b (4) of the Act, the prescribed rate of administration fee payable in respect of an amount deducted pursuant to sub-section 120b (3) of the Act is 2.5% of that amount.”.
