Defence Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903.

Declaration of countries to which Part IXA of the Act applies

Regulation 44 of the Defence Force Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting—

“Canada;”

and substituting—

“Brunei;

Canada;”; and

(b) by omitting—

“Republic of Singapore;”

and substituting—

“Republic of Singapore;

Thailand;”.
