Defence Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, T H E GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903.

Forfeiture of salary and allowances-—detention under service law

Regulation 68 of the Defence Force Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting in paragraph (1) (a) ",as in force from time to time as modified from time to time by determinations made under section 58H of that Act" after "Act"; and

(b) by inserting in paragraph (2) (a) ", a s in force from time to time as modified from time to time by determinations made under section 58H of that Act" after "Act".
