Defence Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903.

Interpretation—Part VII

Regulation 32 of the Defence Force Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of “the Woomera Area” and adding at the end the following definition:

“; ‘Woomera Area’ means the place situated in the State of South Australia known as the Woomera Prohibited Area that is a prohibited area for the purposes of regulation 35”.
