Defence Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903.

Cessation of suspension: absence without leave

Regulation 63 of the Defence Force Regulations is amended:

(a) by inserting “or” at the end of paragraph (2) (c);

(b) by omitting “; or” at the end of paragraph (2) (d); and

(c) by omitting paragraph 2 (e).
