Defence Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

Heading

1. The heading to Part XVI of the Defence Force Regulations is amended by omitting “ADMINISTRATION FEE” and substituting “MISCELLANEOUS”.

2. The Defence Force Regulations are amended by inserting after regulation 83 the following regulation:

Body corporate declared for the purposes of subsection 123 (2) of the Act

“84. Australian Defence Industries Pty Ltd is a body corporate in relation to which subsection 123 (2) of the Act applies.”.
