Defence Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903.

Grievances to which this Part does not apply

Regulation 82 of the Defence Force Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(b) a determination under subsection 70ac (1) of the Audit Act 1901.”.
