Defence Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903.

Prohibition of being in a defence practice area

Regulation 53 of the Defence Force Regulations is amended by inserting in subregulation (2a) “knowingly” after “must not”.
