Defence Force Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Defence Force Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.   Commencement

2.1   These regulations are taken to have commenced on 4 June 1992.

3.   Regulation 68 (Forfeiture of salary and allowances—detention under service law)

3.1   Paragraph 68 (1) (a):

Omit “Determination 0101, Salary of Permanent Force Members, made under section 58B of the Act, as in force from time to time as modified from time to time by determinations made under section 58H of that Act;”, substitute “Determination No. 6 of 1992, Salaries, made under section 58H of the Defence Act 1903, as in force from time to time;”.

3.2 Paragraph 68 (2) (a):

Omit “Determination 0199, Pay of Reserve Force Members, made under section 58B of the Act, as in force from time to time as modified from time to time by determinations made under section 58H of that Act;”, substitute “Determination No. 6 of 1992, Salaries, made under section 58H of the Defence Act 1903, as in force from time to time;”.
