I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982.

Evidence of speed of vehicles: use of radar devices

Regulation 25a of the Defence Force Discipline Regulations is amended by omitting from subparagraph (5) (a) (iii) “time intervals” and “those intervals” and substituting “frequencies” and “those frequencies” respectively.
