Defence Force Discipline Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Defence Force Discipline Regulations are amended as set out in the following table:

Provision amended	Omit	Substitute
Subregulation 5 (1)	chief of staff	Chief of the Defence Force, a service chief
Regulation 23	a chief of staff	the Chief of the Defence Force or a service chief
Subregulation 47 (1)	chief of staff	service chief
Subregulation 47 (2)	chief of staff	service chief
