1. Name of Rules

These Rules are the Defence Force Discipline (Consequences of Punishment) Amendment Rules 2008 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Rules commence on the commencement of subsection 169FB (1) of the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982.

Schedule 1 amends the Defence Force Discipline (Consequences of Punishment) Rules.
