I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Advances to other ranks after three years and six years eligible service

Regulation 19 of the Defence Force (Bounties and Gratuities) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulations (1) and (2) “male”.
