1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Defence Force Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Defence Force Regulations 1952

Schedule 1 amends the Defence Force Regulations 1952.

   A person is not liable to be punished more than once in respect of the same offence.
