1  Name

This instrument is Defence Determination, Conditions of Service Amendment (Disturbance allowance) Determination 2019 (No. 7)

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 2 May 2019.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903.

1	Subsection 6.1.6.2 (Amount of allowance)
Omit the subsection, substitute:
2.	The amount of disturbance allowance is the amount specified in column C of the following table which coincides with both of the following.
a.	The circumstances of the member described in column A.
b.	The number of the current removal, as defined in section 6.1.7, specified in column B.
