Schedule 2— Transitional provisions
| 1 | Member on a trial period |
| 1. | This section applies to a member who was on a trial period under section 4.1.17 of Defence Determination 2016/19, Conditions of service before the commencement of this Determination. |
| 2. | The rules under section 4.1.17 of Defence Determination 2016/19, Conditions of service that would have applied to the member continue to apply for up to three months after the commencement of this Determination. |
