Schedule 1Defence Determination 2016/19, Conditions of service

1 Subsection 4.1.2.1 (Principles)

Omit subsection, substitute:

1.

Higher duties may be used for a member directed to perform the duties of a position at a higher rank or skill level.

2 Section 4.1.17 (Assessment for higher duties on posting)

Repeal the section.

Schedule 2 Transitional provisions

1 Member on a trial period

1.

This section applies to a member who was on a trial period under section 4.1.17 of Defence Determination 2016/19, Conditions of service before the commencement of this Determination.

2.

The rules under section 4.1.17 of Defence Determination 2016/19, Conditions of service that would have applied to the member continue to apply for up to three months after the commencement of this Determination.
