1.	This Determination is Defence Determination 2016/18, Individual payment.
2.	This Determination may also be cited as Defence Determination 2016/18.
2	Commencement
This Determination commences on the day it is registered.
3	Payment
The amount of $50,000 is payable to the father of the Army member who died on 11 October 2012, as a result of a single-vehicle motor vehicle accident at Holsworthy Range.
