1	Citation
1.	This Determination is Defence Determination 2016/11, Recruit instructors – amendment.
2.	This Determination may also be cited as Defence Determination 2016/11.
2	Commencement
This Determination commences on 10 March 2016.
3	Amendment
Defence Determination 2005/15, Conditions of Service, as amended,1 is amended as set out in this Determination.

2.	The scheme ceases to apply to members on 9 March 2016. A member who first meets the conditions of eligibility under subclause 1 after 9 March 2016, is not eligible for the scheme.
