Defence (Areas Control) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Defence (Areas Control) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule 1

2.1   After item 3, insert:

“4 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Scherger in the State of Queensland delineated by hachuring on Plans Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Schedule 9.”.

3.   Schedule 4

3.1   After item 3, insert:

“4 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Scherger in the State of Queensland delineated by hachuring on Plans Nos. 2, 3 and 4 in Schedule 9.”.

4.   Schedule 5

4.1   After item 3, insert:

“4 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Scherger in the State of Queensland delineated by hachuring on Plans Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Schedule 9.”.

5. New Schedule
