Defence (Areas Control) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Defence (Areas Control) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule 1

2.1   After item 5, insert:

“6 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal in the Northern Territory delineated by hachuring on Plan No. 11 in Schedule 11.”.

3.   Schedule 3

3.1   After item 4, insert:

“5 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal in the Northern Territory delineated by hachuring on Plans Nos. 5, 6 and 11 in Schedule 11.”.

4.   Schedule 4

4.1   After item 5, insert:

“6 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal in the Northern Territory delineated by hachuring on Plans Nos. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Schedule 11.”.

5.   Schedule 5

5.1   After item 5, insert:

“6 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal in the Northern Territory delineated by hachuring on Plans Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Schedule 11.”.

6.   New Schedule 11

6.1   After Schedule 10, add:

 SCHEDULE 11 Regulations 3, 5, 6 and 7

 and Schedules 1, 3, 4 and 5
