Defence (Areas Control) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

1.   Amendment

1.1    The Defence (Areas Control) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule 1

2.1   Add at the end:

“7 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base East Sale in the State of Victoria delineated by hachuring on Plan No. 18 in Schedule 12.”.

3.   Schedule 2

3.1   Add at the end:

“5

Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base East Sale in the State of Victoria delineated by

 hachuring on Plans Nos. 7, 11, 17 and 18 in Schedule 12.”.

4.   Schedule 3

4.1   Add at the end:
