Defence (Areas Control) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Defence (Areas Control) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 1

3.1   Add at the end:

“8 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Darwin in the Northern Territory delineated by hachuring on Plans Nos. 1, 9, 10, 12 and 13 in Schedule 13.”.

4.   Schedule 2

4.1   Add at the end:

“6 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Darwin in the Northern Territory delineated by hachuring on Plans Nos. 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Schedule 13.”.

5.   Schedule 3

5.1   Add at the end:

“7 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Darwin in the Northern Territory delineated by hachuring on Plans Nos. 1, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Schedule 13.”.

6.   Schedule 4

6.1   Add at the end:

“8 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Darwin in the Northern Territory delineated by hachuring on Plans Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 10 in Schedule 13.”.

7.   Schedule 5

7.1   Add at the end:

“8 Each of the areas of land near Royal Australian Air Force Base Darwin in the Northern Territory delineated by hachuring on Plans Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 13 in Schedule 13.”.

8.   New Schedule 13

8.1   After Schedule 12, insert:
