I make the following order under section 35(3) of the Defamation Act 2005 .21 June 2019

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Defamation Order 2019 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 1 July 2019. 3Maximum damages amountFor the purposes of section 35(1) of the Defamation Act 2005 , the maximum damages amount that is to apply from 1 July 2019 is declared to be $407 500.
