I make the following order under section 35(3) of the Defamation Act 2005 .1 June 2015

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Defamation Order 2015 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 1 July 2015. 3Maximum damages amountFor the purposes of section 35(1) of the Defamation Act 2005 , the maximum damages amount that is to apply from 1 July 2015 is declared to be $367 500.
