An Act to authorize the resumpt ion of certain
dedicated Crown Lands . [21st August, 1876.]
is expedient that such dedications should be cancelled and the said WHEREAS certain Crown Lands described in the Schedule hereto annexed have been duly dedicated for various purposes and it
lands be resumed by the Crown Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as
follows:—

1. The several parcels of land specified in the Schedule hereto annexed shall on the passing of this Act be resumed by and be revested in Her Majesty her heirs and successors as fully to all intents and purposes as if no such dedication thereof had been made.

EMU PLAINS—Two acres of the Recreation Reserve at Emu Plains in the County
of Cook Parish of Strathdon at Emu Commencing at a point where the south-eastern side
of Lawson-street meets the road from Bathurst and bounded thence on the north-west by
that street bearing north twenty-nine degrees twelve minutes east four chains and seventy links and thence north twenty-nine degrees fifty minutes east one chain and eighty links on the north-east by a line bearing south fifty-nine degrees forty minutes east six chains and eighteen links to the aforesaid road and on the south-east by that road bearing south seventy-three degrees thirty minutes west eight chains and ninety links to the point of commencement Dedicated by notice published in the Government Gazette of the 18th
February 1 8 7 0 . RYDAL—Allotments fifteen and sixteen of section twenty-four at Rydal in the Parish of Rydal County of Roxburgh.
DARLINGTON—One rood and six perches County of Cumberland Parish of Petersham commencing on the north-western side of the old road from Newtown at a point bearing north fifty-seven degrees ten minutes east and distant four chains fifty-two links from the southern corner of E. S. Hall's nine acres being a point where the north-eastern side of Codrington-street meets the aforesaid road and bounded thence on the south-east by that road bearing north fifty-seven degrees ten minutes west fifty-eight links and one-half of a link and thence bearing north forty degrees east ninety-nine links on the north-east by a line bearing west fifty-seven degrees ten minutes north seven chains and fifty links on the north-west by a line bearing south fifty-seven degrees ten minutes west one chain eighty- three links and one-half of a link and on the south-west by a line dividing it from part of the aforesaid nine acres bearing east forty-six degrees forty-five minutes south one chain and eighty-two links to the point of commencement.
