it is expedient that such dedications should be cancelled and the said W H E R E A S certain Crown Lands described in the Schedule hereto annexed have been duly dedicated for various purposes and lands be resumed by the Crown Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—
1. The several parcels of land specified in the Schedule hereto annexed shall on the passing of this Act be resumed by and be revested
in Her Majesty her heirs and successors as fully to all intents and
purposes as if no such dedication thereof had been made.
