An Act to authorize the resumption of cer­

tain dedicated Crown Lands. [22nd July,

1875.]

it is expedient that such dedications should be cancelled and the said W H E R E A S certain Crown Lands described in the Schedule hereto annexed have been duly dedicated for various purposes and

lands be resumed by the Crown Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—

1. The several parcels of land specified in the Schedule hereto annexed shall on the passing of this Act be resumed by and be revested

in Her Majesty her heirs and successors as fully to all intents and

purposes as if no such dedication thereof had been made.

containing one acre two roods dedicated as sites for a Church of England Church and

Parsonage by a notice publ ished in t he Government Gazette of t h e 15th A u g u s t 1871.

2. CAMPDELLTOWN—A por t ion of land in t he Town of Campbell town containing
two acres two roods and twenty-five perches s i tua ted a t t he intersect ion of Howe and

Cordeaux Streets dedicated as a site for a Publ ic School by a notice published in t he

Government Gazette of t he 5 th J a n u a r y 1872.

cated as a Church of Eng land Bur ia l Ground and Genera l Bur ia l Ground by a notice

publ ished in the Government Gazette of t he l o t h A u g u s t 1871.

8. INVERELL—Allo tmen t s n ine and ten of section twen ty containing one acre

two roods in t he Town of Invere l l dedicated as sites for a Church of England Church and

Parsonage by a notice published in the Government Gazette of the 18th February 1S70.
9. L I T T L E B I L L A B O N G — ( P a r i s h of) County of Gou lburn on the Main Southern

Road containing one acre dedicated as sites for a Church of Eng land Church and

Parsonage by a notice published in the Government Gazette of t he 14th February 1878.

10. LIVERPOOL—A. port ion of land containing five acres one rood and twenty-n ine

perches in t he Town of Liverpool granted for Church of England School purposes on

the 13th September 1842.

15. QUEANBEYAN—A portion of land in the Town of Queanbeyan containing one

acre and th i r ty- two perches a t the intersection of the north-east side of Trincullo-place with t he south-east side of Morr isset t -s t reet dedicated as a site for a Publ ic School by a

notice published in the Government Gazette of the 18th February 1870.

16.     R A N D W I C K — A port ion of land containing about four and a half acres forming

pa r t of the Genera l Cemetery at Randwick si tuated in Allison's Road and west of John ' s -

lane dedicated by notice published in the Government Gazette of the 16th J u l y 1863.

17. SHADFORTH—Por t ions two hundred and n ine teen and two hundred and

twenty in t he County of Ba thu r s t Par ish of Shadforth containing one acre two roods dedicated as sites for a Wes leyan Church and Minis ter ' s Residence by a notice published

in the Government Gazette of t he 22nd November 1870.

18.     S Y D N E Y — A port ion of land containing twenty-two and three-fifths perches in

the City of Sydney a t the intersection of the western building-line of Phi l l ip-s t reet with t he nor th-eas t building-line of Bent -s t ree t dedicated as a site for a Town H a l l by a

notice published in the Government Gazette of the 5 th J a n u a r y 1872.

19.     TAMWORTH—Allo tment seven of section th i r ty - th ree in t he Town of Tamworth

containing two roods dedicated as a site for a Wes leyan School by a not ice published in

the Government Gazette of the 16th J u l y 1863.
20. THURGONA—Port ions seventy-five and seventy-six in t he Par i sh of Thurgona

containing one acre and two roods dedicated as sites for a Church of England Church and Parsonage by a not ice published in the Government, Gazette of the 18th February 1870.
