An Act to authorize the resumption of certain

Dedicated Crown Lands. [16th December,

1871.]

" W H E R E A S certain Crown Lands in the Schedule hereto annexed

have been duly dedicated for various purposes under the fifth section of the " Crown Lands Alienation Act of 1861" and it is expedient that such dedications should be cancelled and the said Lands be resumed by the Crown Bo it therefore enacted by the Queen's

Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in
Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—
1. The several parcels of Land specified in the Schedule hereto
annexed shall on the passing of this Act be resumed by and be revested

in Her Majesty Her Heirs and Successors as fully to all intents and

purposes as if no such dedication thereof had been made.

1. Allotments three and four of section five Balranald containing one acre and twenty perches dedicated for National School by notice published in the Government Gazette
of the 6th May 1864.

2. Seven acres two roods at Araluen Creek dedicated fur a General Cemetery by notice published in a Supplement to the Government Gazette of 16th July 1863.

3. Allotments one four and five of section three Adaminiby containing one acre and

two roods dedicated as sites for Roman Catholic Church and Presbytery by notice in the
Government Gazette of the 12th March 1869.

4. Allotments one two and three of section six Rockley containing two acres dedicated as sites for Church of England Church School and Parsonage by notice published

in a Supplement to the Government Gazette of the 16th Ju ly 1863.

5. One acre three roods and fourteen perches at Randwick dedicated for Wesleyan Church School and Minister's residence by notice published in a Supplement to the Govern­ ment Gazette of 16th Ju ly 1863.

6. Allotment three of section seven Deniliquin containing two roods dedicated for

Parsonage in connection with the Church of England by notice published in a Supplement

to the Government Gazette of the 16th Ju ly 1863.

7. Eight acres near the confluence of Jugiong Creek and Murrumbidgee River dedicated for a General Cemetery by notice published in a Supplement to the

Government

Gazette of 16th Ju ly 1863.
8. Allotment ten of section thirty-two Wagga Wagga containing one acre dedicated as a site for a Presbyterian Church by notice published in the Government Gazette of the
29th August 1865.

9. Allotments four five and six of section four Araluen West containing one acre and a half dedicated as sites for Roman Catholic Church and Presbytery by notice published in the Government Gazette of the 12th March 1869.

10. One acre and a half in the village of Rydal dedicated for Roman Catholic Church and Presbytery by notice published in the Government

Gazette of the 19th May

1868.

11. Two acres near Ulladulla dedicated for Church of England Burial-ground by

notice published in a Supplement to the Government Gazette of the 16th Ju ly 1863.

12. Two acres near Ulladulla dedicated for a Roman Catholic Burial-ground by notice published in a Supplement to the Government

Gazette of the 16th Ju ly 1863.

13. Two acres near Ulladulla dedicated for Wesleyan Burial-ground by notice published in a Supplement to the Government

Gazette of the 16th Ju ly 1863.

14. One rood two perches near Ulladulla dedicated for a Presbyterian Burial-ground by notice published in a Supplement to the Government Gazette of the 16th Ju ly 1863.

15. Allotments one two and three of section two Coonamble containing one acre
