1. Name of Determination

   This Determination is the Declared Hearing Services Amendment Determination 2016 (No. 1).

2. Commencement

   This Determination commences on 1 July 2016.

3. Authority

   This Determination is made under subsection 8(7) of the Australian Hearing Services Act 1991.

4              Amendment of Declared Hearing Services Determination 1997

The Declared Hearing Services Determination 1997 is amended as set out in the applicable item in Schedule 1.
