2 Declared Fauna No. 263, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Declared Fauna Order 1992 . ˙ Revocation of order in council 2. The order in council made under the Act on 12 September 1991 and published in the Gazette on 14 September 1991 at pages 203 to 204 is revoked. ˙ Declared fauna 3.(1) Subject to subsection (2), the animals specified in the Schedule are declared, under section 11 of the Act, to be fauna. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the eggs and larvae of frogs (other than gastric brooding frogs).
