ACT 1992

AN ACT to amend the Declarations and Attestations Act

1913.

[Assented to 16 June 19921

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Declarations and Attestations

Amendment Act 1992.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Principal Act

3. In this Act the Declarations and Attestations Act 1913* is

referred to as the principal Act.

Schedule amended

4.    The Schedule to the principal Act is amended

(a) in item 1 by inserting after "clerk" the following—

or deputy town or shire clerk "; and

(b) by inserting after item 17 the following item

accountant or a certified public accountant. ".
