I, ROBERT MURRAY HILL, Minister for the Environment and Heritage, in pursuance of s209 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby declare that a list of migratory species to that Act shall be deemed to be established by inclusion of the following migratory species:
