Name of Declaration
(1) This Declaration is the Declaration of Relevant Professional Bodies under subsection 129AAD(13).
(2) This Declaration may also be cited as RPB 1 of 2011.
Commencement
This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.
Relevant Professional Bodies
For subsection 129AAD(13) of the Act, a relevant professional body means a body referred to in the Schedule to this Declaration.
