I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under subsection 181(2) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act), declare that all places in Australia are places to which subsection 181(2) of the Act applies.

The previous notice made under subsection 181(2) of the Act on 23 March 1981 is revoked.

This instrument commences at the same time as import cut-over time (as defined in section 4 of the Customs Legislation Amendment (Application of International Trade Modernisation and Other Measures) Act 2004).
